I really enjoyed the way she explained how to make this envelope album. There are many other YouTube videos on this technique . You can use any size envelope or make your own. One tip that was helpful from other videos , was to decorate the envelope album first and at the very end then glue the back/spine of the album. This way you can adjust the spine for the bulk of your album.
