On trend currently is this torn paper technique. There are several ways to do this to make clean and simple cards or a special photo card. I first learned of it on the CAS Facebook Group. There they were using JPEG and computer printing which I thought was a bit too involved. I found this card online and wanted to make something more along these dimensions - a simple graduation card. :
