A cute card bag

Learned how to make this easy cute card bag. And, the first one I had to make was a little cat bag.
I found the template for this little bag on a Karen Titus video, I love watching her and her husband Tim banter as we look at cards and just casually hang out. Her group is The Back Porch Stampers and there is also Stamping on the Back Porch, her blog can be found at : www.karentitus.com Although I am a independent demonstrator I still am learning all the  ins and outs of stamping and she has alot of insight and funny stories that keep me entertained.

So back to this little bag : EASY

1  Using one sheet of 12''X12" paper ( card stock can be used but a lighter weight like patterned paper or
DSP is more pliable ) cut (2) 1" strips off one end of the main piece to leave a 10"X12"

2  Rotate the main piece 90 degrees and cut at 8" this will leave you with a 10"X8" piece which will be
the body of the bag. The remainder 10"X4" can be used to make cards or embellishment

3  For the body of the bag (10"X8") Score on the 10" side at 4" and 6"

4  Cut 1-1/2" from the edge of each score line, Add adhesive  along one of the 4" sides and attach
the other side curving it to shape the body of the bag.

5 Once the bag base is formed attach the handles (1" strips) to each side with adhesives or brads.

You can present an assortment of cards in this little bag. It holds 4-6 A2 cards and about 6-8 note cards
depending on the bulk of the cards. Then again you can just have it hold one card and a little gift or whatever you care to do with it. It really does come together quickly.

Here is a birthday set I made for an animal lover

This set uses a diversity digital download (for the sentiments) and DSP found at JoAnns

I love that I can make an easy presentation for my cards.
